At TT, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your TT account and select the order you wish to return to receive a printable shipping label and return authorization code.
Pack With Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
